Amaretto almond liqueur taste kicks red bacon salad dressing of wine or fresh wilted spinach. It's pretty easy to make and full  cook saladof flavor.
Preparation time: 10 minutes

Cooking time: 15 minutes

Total time: 25 minutes

ingredients:

2 pounds spinach (4 poles)
1 pound bacon, cook salad chopped
1/2 cup salad oil
2 large cloves garlic, crushed
1/2 cup red wine vinegar
1/2 lemon juice cup
4 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1/4 cup Amaretto Disaronno Originale ®
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 pounds of mushrooms, sliced
1 small red onion, sliced
preparation:

cook salad Wash the spinach. Remove the thick stems and tear into small pieces. Store in plastic bags in the refrigerator until ready to serve.

To prepare the vinaigrette:
Place bacon in a cook salad large skillet. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the bacon is crisp and all the fat is rendered. Remove bacon, reserving 1/8 cup bacon fat, discard the rest.

Return the bacon to the pan cook salad and add the oil, garlic, vinegar, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, Amaretto, salt and pepper. Simmer until smooth.

To serve, place the spinach, mushrooms, onions and reserved bacon in a large bowl. If you like a wilted salad, pour dressing over hot, otherwise, let cool slightly before serving, stir well.
